The notice is provided only in relation to this website and does not apply to other websites visited by the users through links.

The voluntary submission of electronic communications to the addresses specified in this website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, required in order to reply; therefore, the processing of data for these purposes may be carried out without asking for the user’s consent, since it is required to reply to the request made by the same.
Purpose

Furthermore the data subject has the right to limitation of processing (if any of the conditions set out in sect. 18 is met) as well as to integrate the processing (sect. 21). The requests for data erasure are subject to the applicable legal and document storage obligations arising on the Company.
