Tintomer system and slip coloring

We set up a tinting system based on a batch dispenser system for the various colorants, that are dosed in real time and mixed between them in order to get the customized “mix-color”, stored in a specific tank.
The mix-color is continuously collected and dispensed together with the raw slip and the recovery muds in the feeding tank of the sprayer.
Continuous dosage is carried out by controlling masses and densities, in order to ensure accuracy of the “dry” dosage as well as the homogeneity and repeatability of the tints.
