Dry coloring system

Since its foundation, our company realized an innovative and high-performance spray-dried powders dry coloring, based on a very effective automation and process machines specifically devised and developed to make easy and accurate the dosage of colorant powder, the homogenization with the spray-dried base to be colored, the management and cleaning of the manufacturing process. Our success is proven by the high number of system manufactured over the years.

Big Bag Emptying Station

To deliver a complete and integrated solution we created a big bag emptying station, with anti-pollution bulkheads, capable of housing the big bags with the powdered dyes in the upper part and the pneumatic propeller in the lower part. The station, equipped with big bag shaking blades, is designed taking into account the possibility.

Refill diverter

In order to save space and reduce the number of oxide big bags used at the same time, we designed and realized the Refill Diverter, a system capable of powering different micro-dispensers from a single pneumatic propeller, with significant cost and space savings, if more dry coloring processes are under way in the same unit.

Mixers

We design and supply special plowshare mixers, specifically designed for dry coloring of spray-dried ceramic powders. Entirely in stainless steel, they can deliver high hourly flow rates, although maintaining a limited size. Thanks to their special design, our mixers, also equipped with a wear resistant removable jacket, have a mixing time ranging from 30’’ to 1’.

Weight dosing micro-dispensers

We’re the exclusive dealer in the ceramic industry for Brabender’s micro-dispensers. The micro-dispensers offered by our company are entirely in AISI 304 polished stainless steel and provide high dosage accuracy, including with difficult and non-fluid products.
